‘The Dutch Station’ is the only place in the Southern Hemisphere where you can play ‘Dutch Golf’©.
The first question people always ask us: what is ‘Dutch Golf’©?
Dutch Golf © is played in a paddock over 18 holes (par 72) with a large soft leather ball and a real solid Dutch clog on a stick. It is much harder than you think. The length of the course is about 40% of a normal golf course due to the fact that you can not hit your ball so far as on a normal golf course.
The playing time depends on the number of persons and their (normal) golf skills, and varies from 1 ½ hour to 2 hours. 'Dutch Golf'© is played with one single club (the hire is included in the admission price) and can be played in a group, or as an individual. It is a very competitive sport suitable for all ages (as long as you can walk 2 km), but most of all it is great fun. Especially when the wind comes into play.
Dutch Golf© is suitable for group outings, Xmas functions (especially in combination with a lunch or BBQ), birthday parties as well as children parties. But you can also play it individually.
